ARIN KESHISHI


Arin was born in 1992 into an Armenian family in Tehran, Iran. His enthusiasm for music developed at an early age with classical guitar, and soon after, he found his passion for the bass guitar. Arin is known both as a solo artist and as a multi-style session player with a versatile and diverse skillset. This musical diversity comes from his extensive experience in working with international musicians and artists from around the world. He has contributed to projects in a wide range of genres such as jazz, fusion, pop, rock, classical, and flamenco, as well as Iranian and Armenian folk. Notable collaborations include Antonio Lizana, Dhafer Youssef, Homayoun Shajarian, Mehdi Nassouli, Montse Cortes, Antonio Rey, Sohrab & Tahmoures Pournazeri, etc. These collaborations have played a crucial role in shaping the unique sound he is now known for. Arin is actively working as a composer and arranger, and he has been composing original pieces for some of the most reputable orchestras such as Marmoucha.
In 2015, Arin began directing his own band called the "Arin Keshishi Project", producing jazz/fusion music in collaboration with internationalartists.

Arin's music—a fusion of diverse influences resulting in a personal and distinctive sound. Arin skillfully incorporates Western music techniques, Jazz/Classical, into a multicultural canvas, bringing forth a modern expression intertwined with melodies influenced by Middle Eastern ethnic music.
His debut album, "Self-Reflection," serves as a vessel for his musical evolution, weaving personal experiences and Armenian heritage into an identity-infused sonic tapestry. This album reflects his individuality, offering a glimpse into his journey andpersonality.
